Exchange a damaged or incorrect item:

We’re sorry to hear you may have experienced an issue with your order!
The Sex Ed will gladly issue you a replacement item or issue a refund back to your original form of payment within 30 business days from when you received the item for any of the following reasons: 

  • You received an incorrect item

  • Your order contains damaged product(s)

  • Your order has a printing mistake

  • Part of your order is missing from the package

  • You do not receive your order but it has been marked as delivered.

You can contact us at: info@thesexed.com so we can send you a replacement ASAP. Please include pictures and descriptions of your damaged item along with any other details. A team member from The Sex Ed will be in touch with you.

Shipping

Shipping takes approximately 5 to 7 business days.

Returns/Exchanges

No returns, no exchanges (unless item is damaged or incorrect)
