Exchange a damaged or incorrect item:
We’re sorry to hear you may have experienced an issue with your order!
The Sex Ed will gladly issue you a replacement item or issue a refund back to your original form of payment within 30 business days from when you received the item for any of the following reasons:
You received an incorrect item
Your order contains damaged product(s)
Your order has a printing mistake
Part of your order is missing from the package
You do not receive your order but it has been marked as delivered.
You can contact us at: email@example.com so we can send you a replacement ASAP. Please include pictures and descriptions of your damaged item along with any other details. A team member from The Sex Ed will be in touch with you.
Shipping takes approximately 5 to 7 business days.
